All Toolvia products are 100% digital. Nothing ships physically.

How delivery works

  1. Complete your purchase at checkout.
  2. Within ~30 seconds, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation and delivery.
  3. For printable PDFs: you'll receive a secure download link. Click it, download the ZIP file, extract, and print or use your files immediately.
  4. For interactive tools, games & AI apps: you'll receive a private access link — open it in any browser, no download needed. No app, no login required.

Technical requirements

  • Interactive tools, games & AI apps: any modern web browser (latest Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox) on a phone, tablet or computer, plus an active internet connection. No installation, no account and no login required.
  • Printable PDFs: any PDF reader (built into every modern browser and operating system). To print, a standard printer; to open the ZIP, the built-in extractor on Windows, macOS, iOS or Android.
  • For the best experience we recommend keeping your browser up to date.

How to use your product

  1. Open the link from your delivery email — or your saved bookmark.
  2. Apps & games: enter the details on screen and run it; your result appears in seconds, right in your browser.
  3. PDFs: download the file, then open or print it.
  4. Step-by-step instructions are also included in the access PDF that accompanies every order.

Download / access link limits

  • Download links (PDFs) are valid for 3 downloads and expire 48 hours after the link is first opened. If you haven't clicked the link yet, it stays active — the countdown only starts when you first open it.
  • Private access links (interactive tools) are persistent — they remain active for the tournament season.
  • If a link expires or stops working, contact marketing@toolvia.ai with your order number and we'll resend it.
