What we collect

Order information: name, email, billing address, payment details (processed by Stripe / Shopify Payments — we never see your full card number).
Email subscribers: email address only, if you opt in.
Site analytics: anonymous data via cookies (pages visited, country, browser type). No personally identifiable information.
AI app inputs (where applicable): if you use any of our AI-driven product features, inputs you provide (names, team preferences, etc.) are sent to third-party AI providers listed below. We do not retain these inputs longer than needed to fulfill your order.

AI content disclosure

Some products and features generate AI-assisted content. These outputs may be inaccurate, fictional, or speculative — they are entertainment-only and not professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any claims before use.

Children

Toolvia products are sold to adult customers (18+). Some products (e.g., Daddy's Watching the Game activity book) are intended to be used by children under parental supervision. We do not collect data directly from children.
