Faulty files or delivery problems

If your download link doesn’t work or a file is corrupted, email marketing@toolvia.ai with your order number and we’ll fix it or re-send promptly — at no charge.

Your statutory rights

By purchasing instant-access digital content you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, because delivery begins as soon as your download or access link is provided, you lose your right of withdrawal/cancellation for that content under EU consumer law (and equivalent rules elsewhere). This does not affect any non-waivable statutory rights under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence (EU; Brazil CDC; Argentina LDC; Mexico LFPC; Türkiye Law No. 6502; and others), including your right to a remedy for a faulty or non-conforming file.

Disputes

EU consumers may also contact their national consumer-protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. For complaints, please write to us first at marketing@toolvia.ai and we will try to resolve the matter.
