Refund policy

Digital products — all sales final

Toolvia (operated by BRAUNIQ SOLUTION Kft., Hungary) sells digital downloads and access-based digital products. Because our products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded or accessed immediately after purchase, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or the download/access link has been made available.

EU right of withdrawal (digital content). Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for most online purchases. For digital content supplied not on a tangible medium (instant downloads and access links), this right does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior consent. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access link is provided.

Something wrong with your file? We stand behind the quality of every product. If your file is faulty, corrupted, or your download/access link does not work, contact us within 14 days at marketing@toolvia.ai and we will re-send a working file or fix the issue free of charge.

Wrong or duplicate purchase. If you were charged in error or purchased the same product twice by mistake, email marketing@toolvia.ai and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the duplicate or erroneous charge.

Your local consumer rights. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence (including the EU, and consumer codes in Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Türkiye and the United States).
