Terms of service

1. Who we are. This store ("Toolvia", "we", "us") and its Football Summer Lab product line are operated by BRAUNIQ SOLUTION Kft., a company registered in Hungary (EU). By accessing this store or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our products. We sell digital downloads and access-based digital products (printable PDFs, templates, prompt kits, calendars and similar). Products are delivered electronically; no physical item is shipped.

3. Unofficial fan content. Our products are independent, unofficial fan-made content created for entertainment. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official organizer of the 2026 North America football tournament, or any participating national football association. All third-party names referenced for descriptive purposes remain the property of their respective owners.

4. License and permitted use. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. You may download and print copies for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, share publicly, or use our products for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual property. All content, designs, text, and files remain the intellectual property of BRAUNIQ SOLUTION Kft. and its licensors. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. Delivery. Digital products are delivered via download link and/or email after a successful purchase. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address.

7. Refunds. Sales of digital products are final. Please see our Return and Refund Policy for details, including the EU digital-content right-of-withdrawal waiver and our free re-send guarantee for faulty files.

8. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the store, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use our products in any unlawful manner.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability. Our products are provided "as is" for entertainment and informational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

10. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary and applicable European Union law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
