References to “we,” “us,” “our” in these terms mean BRAUNIQ SOLUTION Kft. operating the Toolvia brand and its product lines (currently including Football Summer Lab).

1. The products

All products are digital downloads (PDFs, Excel workbooks, text files, image assets) for personal, non-commercial use. Current product line: Football Summer Lab — entertainment / lifestyle content built around the 2026 football tournament window (June 11 – July 19, 2026) but valid for personal use indefinitely.

2. Unofficial fan content

All products are unofficial fan content. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any official organizer of the 2026 North America football tournament or any participating national football association. Tournament names, dates, host cities, and groups are used only for descriptive context and based on publicly available information, subject to change.

3. License — what you can do

Print, share, or use your downloads with family, friends, and household members.
Use illustrations and templates for personal social media posts.
Use AI prompts in your own creative work.

4. License — what you cannot do

Resell, redistribute, or re-license any product in part or in whole.
Use any product or its assets for commercial purposes without written permission.
Claim authorship of templates, illustrations, or written content.
Upload or share download links publicly.

5. Specific product disclaimers

The Football Summer Hall Pass is a humorous novelty product and not a legally binding contract.
Match Night Cocktails & Tournament Bingo + Drinking Game: for adults 21+ (or legal drinking age in your jurisdiction). Drink responsibly. Do not drive after drinking. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding individuals. Includes non-alcoholic alternatives for every recipe / rule.
Daddy's Watching the Game is purchased by the parent / guardian and is designed to be used by children 6-12 under parental supervision. No data is collected from children.

6. Refunds

Our products are digital and delivered instantly, so all sales are final once delivered. The exception: if a file is faulty or a download link is broken, we'll fix or re-send it. Your mandatory local consumer rights still apply. See our Refund Policy.

7. Payment

Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where available (for example ARS, BRL, MXN, TRY, EUR); otherwise in USD. Any conversion for unsupported currencies is handled by your bank or card issuer.

9. Third-party trademarks

Names of third-party platforms, software, or services (Shopify, Notion, ChatGPT, Claude, Pinterest, social platforms, etc.) are used descriptively only and are the property of their respective owners. No endorsement or affiliation is implied.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRAUNIQ SOLUTION Kft. is not liable for any damages arising from use of our products beyond the purchase price.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Budapest, Hungary, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rights in the customer's country of residence.

12. Dispute resolution

EU consumers may also contact their national consumer-protection authority or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. For complaints, please write to us first at marketing@toolvia.ai and we will try to resolve the matter.
